All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping: 7–21 business days Delivery times may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but ZA by Zayid is not responsible for packages after they have been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ZA by Zayid is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
